Tree Trimming & Pruning
Structural pruning, canopy thinning, and clearance work by climbers who understand tree biology.
Good pruning is the difference between a tree that lives another 60 years and one that fails in the next storm. Our climbers use proper cuts, thoughtful thinning, and clearance pruning that protects your home, your view, and — most importantly — your tree's long-term health.

Our Process
- 01Health AssessmentWe identify deadwood, poor unions, and any structural risks before we prune.
- 02Pruning PlanWe show you exactly which limbs will be cut and why — no guesswork.
- 03Careful CutsEvery cut placed at the collar, sized to ANSI A300 standards. No stubs, no topping.
- 04CleanupBrush chipped and hauled. Lawn raked. Job walked with you before we leave.
Safety Considerations
We follow ANSI A300 pruning standards and never top healthy trees. Climbers use two-point tie-in systems and ground crews stay clear of active drop zones.
Tree Trimming & Pruning — Common Questions
Late winter (Feb–March) is ideal for most hardwoods — the tree is dormant, structure is visible, and it heals fast in spring. Deadwood and hazard limbs can safely come out any time.
